The second issue of postal votes will be dispatched from 3 December, for new postal voters and those who have recently made changes. The registration deadline, and last date to apply for a postal vote, is 26 November.

More information about this election and how to complete your postal vote pack can be found online at www.moray.gov.uk/elections.

Famous for its colony of dolphins, fabulous beaches and more malt whisky distilleries than any where else in Scotland, Moray is a thriving area and a great place to live. Nestling between Aberdeenshire and the Highlands, Moray stretches from Tomintoul in the south to the shores of the Moray Firth, from Keith in the east to Brodie Castle in the west.
