We are ambitious for Moray to be a leader and to make the best for our people and resources. This month we have a massive feature looking at the career ladder within the council, show casing some of our people who have trained on the job for professional qualifications. We also take a peak at Greenfingers and 'cover' a few things happening at Ashgrove ;)
This month we get our claws into CAT (Community Asset Transfers) and take a look at how local communities are taking over and running community assets (like public toilets and community centres). We also take a look at Health and Safety, the Local Housing Strategy and ... dun dun duuuun ... Brexit!
This month we lead with 'What has the Council ever done for us?' In these challenging times it can be up lifting to take a look at some of things that we, as an organisation, really do get right. It also provides a little ammunition next time you hear someone 'Council Bashing'. We all work hard to do the best we can with what we have.
Starting a new year with Connect. We take a look at FitLife? and some of Moray's leisure facilities. Then catch up with the Early Learning and Childcare expansion and some of the activities you (our colleagues) have got up to over the festive period.
